Establishing a Management System

To become the champion, a soccer team, in addition to set a strategy for the whole season, as well as the appropriate strategy for each game (which is built and adjusted based on the accurate, comprehensive, practical and updated information), they have to cosset any opportunity to score in the game, while keep preventing their goal from attacks or counter-attacks. To do this stably in the long-term, the team must be built on the foundation of strength, modern strategy; each player has to obey the rules - regulations of the team, and to understand their roles in the game.

Similarly, in business, establishing a strategic plan and optimal annual operating plans is just a premise for success. To turn this premise into actual results, enterprise needs to be built on a firm foundation - a corresponding management - administration system. This certainly is the objective that all the winning enterprises in the market focus on.
