Strategy Planning, Analysis & Development

Competition in business is similar to competition in sports. In business, enterprises have to face, compete with each other to attract talents, customers, products, profits ... The major difference between sport and business is time frame. Imagine that the Vietnam football team has to play one game per day, from 8 am to 5 pm, with one-hour-lunch instead of 15-minute-halftime break.

The same as in sport, the enterprise which wins frequently is the outstanding one in all phases such as preparation, planning, implementation, controlling and adjustment. They understand their environment, capacity and position, they know where they want to go, and they can determine the optimal way to get there. Perhaps the most important thing is that those enterprises has always been capturing the circuit of the market, customers, technology and other important changes-improvements, these changes could lead to the changes in " game’s rules" and the success factors of the game. The frequent winning companies are willing to adjust their “playing tactics” appropriately.

Strategy is the business jargon of "playing tactics”. With this understanding, when in the game, all enterprises must have strategy, which could be either planned, documented or not. The objective of Saoviet’s consulting efforts is to help enterprises to set the optimal strategy and appropriate acting plan to implement that strategy. We are ready to closely support enterprises in the development of those plans.

Along with Enterprise, we will:

  • Conduct environmental analysis of the enterprise on economic, Law, society, technology....

  • Actualize those principles by setting up the strategic objectives for finance, customers, efficiency…
