• Select a service package (Package I, II, or III) and complete the information as requested.
• Sign & affix your seal, then send to Sao Viet by fax (01 copy) or courier (02 copies).
• A representative of Sao Viet Consulting JSC will sign, seal and return a copy of the contract to you.
